Sometimes when there’s too much water under the bridge
it can cause the support foundations to fail.
Sometimes when you’re in a situation that doesn’t feel quite right
it can feel like you’re spending time in jail.

You can only keep a poker face for so long
before it becomes obvious that something’s wrong

Sometimes you just got to spread your wings and fly.

Sometimes when you’re stuck - on a leaky boat
you get tired of removing water with a pail.

but sometimes you just got to try on a brand-new pair of shoes.

What happens if "Dust In the Wind" meets "Classical Gas"?  I sought to answer that profound question one morning when I was riffing on an A-minor chord and couldn't think of another way to describe this acoustic concoction. I couldn't think of a better name for it either, but seemed to have a "ballad" feel to it, either about a hero or villain, I'll let you decide, and maybe catch a "catnap" thinking about it:)
