Fishrider Records is a record label based in Dunedin, New Zealand. We are more 'music arts & crafts' than 'music industry'. The label was established to release music we love that no-one else will release.  We specialise in literate, melodic psych-pop, post-punk, no wave, jangle-pop and whatever other kinds of subversive pop music take our fancy.  We also release on vinyl as well as CD and digital formats.  Fishrider records has released albums by Death And The Maiden, Males, The Prophet Hens, The Shifting Sands, The Puddle,  Opposite Sex, Trick Mammoth, and The Dark Beaks.
