Up and coming 17-year-old producer Rob Naylor has unleashed his second ever release on Garuda Music, a two-track EP titled Head North/Forever City that's out now on Beatport.
The Montreal-based DJ's debut track 'Yes,' also signed to Garuda, shot up the Beatport Top 100 Trance chart in July and saw support from big names like Gareth Emery, Markus Schulz, and Ben Gold.
"After making 'Yes' and getting it on Garuda I had a burst of inspiration, and for a few weeks just put my head down in the studio and worked relentlessly on these two tracks," Rob said.
'Forever City' and 'Head North' both capture the big room energy of 'Yes,' but with a higher focus on the melodies. While 'Forever City' has a harder edge, 'Head North' delves deep into the classic trance realm with an upbeat, retro feel.
"Melodies are what I've always been in love with," Rob said. "I also tried to incorporate some 'oldskool' sounds in the productions, as I had been really listening to a lot of older EDM during that period. I feel like these two are another step towards developing myself as an artist."Rob's latest tracks have taken off at a galloping start, with 'Head North' already receiving radio support from Gareth Emery (TGEP 248), Armin van Buuren (ASOT 626), Paul Van Dyk (VONYC 365) and Andy Moor (Moor Music 104), and 'Forever City' premiering on Gareth Emery Presents on Sirius XM. 
With such success and support at the early development stages of his career, it's safe to say this young Canadian has big things ahead on his journey to stardom.

Expect the phattest rigs, production and line-up the capital has seen for some time with music provided by London’s finest Techno visionaries taking you on a journey through the sickest Acid Techno to the darkest throbbing Techno, no compromise, United in vision and musical purpose, dedicated to the sound of underground Techno across the spectrum.

Stay Up Forever and Hydraulix will be joining forces with London Warehouse Events for this historic venture, who currently run the cream of underground techno parties in London, including: Chris Liebing’s ‘CLR’, Adam Beyer’s ‘Drumcode’, and Sven Vath’s ‘Cocoon’. This will be a collaboration that takes Techno back to the underground on a massive scale to throw a party that will shake the foundations of London.

This will also be the official launch party for the brand new remixes of classic squat party anthem ‘ONE NIGHT IN HACKNEY’!!! More details to follow soon…

Steve started DJ’ing back in 1996 and was soon banging out tunes on infamous, though sadly now defunct, UK pirate radio station Force FM. After being spotted playing by a local sound system, Steve then became part of the crew R.P.M, and after many years on the squat party scene, earning his stripes, he became a resident for the HUB Sound System. Steve still rocks it for HUB whenever possible.
Steve Mills was the only DJ to play Acid Techno on the FM dial for over a decade, and has been lucky enough to represent Stay Up Forever Records on air (Stay Up Forever Broadcast Party) as well as in the clubs. He has played alongside Chris Aaron, and Julian Liberator, D.A.V.E The Drummer, Sterling Moss, Ant, Geezer, D.D.R, Rackitt, K.N, amongst many other well respected DJs. Recently, Steve has had great success with his own productions and record labels, working with London legends D.A.V.E The Drummer, Chris Liberator, Sterling Moss, Geezer & Darc Marc as well as his many solo releases which appear on Labels like Wah Wah, Scythe Squadron, Extreme Forces, Soitiz, Flatlife Records, Stay Up Forever Projects, Stay Up Forever, Braingravy Records, Project 303 & Interstate One.
