The Isochronic tones are set to 213hz which is the "body tuner" solfeggio frequency which associates with balance and harmony within the mind and the third eye chakra. 852hz is the same note but played of a higher octave which is tuned to the energy body (Returning to Spiritual Order) opposed to the physical. 444hz is a powerful frequency that is very healing, it is also grounding - bringing the mind "down to earth". 

Instructions:

1. Sit down in a comfortable position with the back straight and both feet planted on the ground you may also lay down but try not to fall asleep

2. Play the video and tune your ears into the repeating isochronic tones, that is the speed your brainwaves will sync with

3. Breath deeply into your stomach through your nose, and then out the mouth letting your thoughts slowly dissolve with the breath, try to maintain this during the session.

Christian Smith teamed up with Drunken Kong to deliver a storming three track EP. 'Why Are We Here?' is a driving peak time track with an infectious vocal sample and a Laurent Garnier inspired synth line. 'XS' is slightly more serious and has a darker vibe. On volume one, kicking off with Road to Yokohama, we’re greeted by a slow-paced melody slung atop a synth-heavy lead, reminiscent of the artists’ French synthwave hero Kavinsky influence. Starting with the second track Feravartis however, Teenage Mutants’ own soundprint becomes less subtle. Smooth melodies at a relentless pace find their way into each of the tracks, whether it’s a more dub-laden groove with an ample drop like Different or a more murky, late-night-affair such as the glitchy East or the punchy kick-overcharged Past. Pentalon marks off the first half of the album on a highly energetic note, laying a solid foundation for further exploration through its gradual progression.

Markantonio is an artist who has been instrumental in helping develop the techno scene in his home country of Italy, and this year celebrates his twentieth anniversary of releasing music.

In his career, Markantonio has released on many great labels ranging from Drumcode to his own AnalyticTrail. Along with his many solo releases, he's also been a regular collaborator with Lerio Corrado, and together they have released tracks on Tronic, Second State and now Intec.

Lerio Corrado also based in Italy is a young producer who originally made contact with Markantonio after signing some of his music to AnalyticTrail, and he also boasts an impressive back catalogue of solo tracks on imprints including Loose Records, Little Helpers and Unrilis.

Conventional Dreams opens the release with rippling synths and heavy percussion that are soon joined by razor-sharp hi-hats that slice through the offbeat. The intensity builds as this techno tidal wave unfolds with muffled vocals and haunting atmospherics that engulf the listener.

Next up is A Life and its arpeggiated lead synth with euphoric energy that blends with thrashing ride cymbals and a rolling bassline. Uplifting whilst also having a menacing undertone, this enthralling cut is has a precision engineered design perfect for peak time plays.

Last but not least is Assault that starts with an extended intro that slowly unfolds into a looped melody hook encased in a percussive framework. The hypnotising groove builds to a crescendo in the main breakdown before unleashing a surge of energy when the drums come crashing back in.

Spanish-born Alberto Ruiz remixes this beautiful collaboration original from Sasho Derama, Joro Deev and Pavela, giving it his unique techno interpretation.

With releases on Relief, Terminal M, Bedrock, Elevate, and Suara, amongst others, Alberto’s tracks are constantly hitting the top 50 techno charts and his talent in the studio seems to be evolving at a blinding pace. His tracks have been played by Artists like Dubfire,Green Velvet, Richie Hawtin, Adam Beyer, Marco Carola, Carl Cox, Joseph Capriati, Pan-Pot, Marco Bailey, Solomun and the list goes on and on for this young and very talented producer with a bright future ahead of him in the world of electronic music.

Portsmouth local and We Are The Brave mainstay Reset Robot has released 2 EP’s on the label back in 2018, and this June he brings us his second highly anticipated LP of his career - ‘Spiral Of Silence’. The release is a landmark one for the label, being the first album for We Are The Brave.

As with his first album, 2014s ‘Let Your Soul Outside’ on Truesoul, Reset Robot has allowed himself the creative freedom to paint outside of the rigid lines of club music, meaning alongside the dance floor bombs such as ‘Ramp’, ‘Meadow’, ‘Humankind’, and ‘Spiral of Silence’ there are delicate downtempo gems such as ‘Denial’, the sinister movie soundtrack of ‘Ana Strings’ and the epicness of the Nils Frahm vs M83 analogue love match ‘Freq’.

With hi octane numbers like VNTM & Tahko’s ‘Rave Culture’ and Risa Taniguchi’s ‘Ridiculous’ the compilation takes off before the maestro Nick Curly’s ‘Refuge’ and JNO’s ‘Relief’, who just released his first EP on Second State, take matters into deeper, low slung territory. Industrialyzer’s ‘Pulse’ certainly picks up the pace again as Ilija Djokovic’s ‘Chimera’ and Frazier’s ‘Escapism’ blend the lines between post modern production techniques and classic rave sounds. Wrapping up the twelve tracker are ‘Wiggle’, a wild track of the winner of this year’s Beats in School competition by Beatport and Second State, and the label’s mainstay BEC’s instant hit ‘Three Words’, resulting in a finely curated package that will deliver in any moment.
