One Splash is an original composition used as the intro to the film "Plaukikas" (The Swimmer.)

"Plaukikas" follows the journey of Vladimir, a middle-aged man who has struggled with alcoholism and financial hardship for most of his life. Vladimir lost everything he owned during the credit crunch and, after losing his legs due to the freezing winter, he moves into a homeless shelter. One day, Vladimir visits the local public swimming pool, where he meets a trainer who specializes in coaching swimmers with special needs. The trainer sees potential in Vladimir and encourages him to take up swimming as a form of therapy and exercise.

Despite the challenges of adjusting to life without legs, Vladimir becomes determined to strengthen his swimming skills and enters into rigorous training sessions with the help of his coach. With the support of his fellow swimmers and the coach's guidance, Vladimir sets his sights on competing in a major swimming competition for athletes with disabilities.

As Vladimir trains and competes, he faces numerous challenges, both physical and emotional. He struggles with the shame of his past mistakes and the fear of being judged by others. However, with the support of his coach and his friends, Vladimir learns to embrace his new identity as a sport swimmer and finds redemption in the pool.

"Plaukikas" is a powerful and inspiring story of resilience and hope, reminding audiences that even in the darkest moments, there is always the possibility of new beginnings and the potential for personal growth.
