A handful of songs slipped through the cracks, passed hand-to-hand like classified files. Some were rough sketches, some got dressed up with new beats and polish. Together, they tell the story of music I didn’t write — but couldn’t resist reimagining.
From the pulsing reinvention of “96 Tears” to the smoky swagger of “Bang a Gong” and the wide-open sprawl of “Like a Rolling Stone,” these tracks take familiar faces and put them under a new light. A dossier of influences, reinterpreted, and maybe just a little incriminating.

96 tears

This is Movement 4 of a short four-movement symphony I wrote, composed, and produced. All instrument parts are performed by me using an electric guitar synthesizer to achieve the instrument voices in the composition. Each movement can stand on its own, however, together they are variations of a theme. I hope you find each movement evokes a different image and vibe.
