UNPLUGGED SUMMER

I wanted to fuse an electronic bass with acoustic.

The bass kicks in after the first verse (1:23); please listen to this point! - Best listened to on phones or good speakers. Also, I'm really happy with the harmony backing vocals and classical guitar near the end - I might add this earlier - let me know what you think!

Could someone give some advice on getting the electronic bass to be heard better on smaller speakers? I've tried adding an octave up, but it doesn't make a difference!

It is almost finished - Just a re-record of the vocals and some mixing to do...I hope you like and please comment!

An update on the previous version - now with a touch more reverb (not too much) and some very handy parallel compression.

This is in memory of my Dad

Kata Thalassa was taken from the Greek "kata" or "according to" (found in the Bible next to the Gospel writers' names, as a title, eg According to Mark. Thalassa is basically "sea" 

I had in mind Jesus on the shore cooking fish after His resurrection when I recorded it.
