It is Monday the 25th of August 2014 and we have Brian Sanhaji back on the CLR Podcast. The present live set has been recorded at this year´s Nature One festival and except from the popular “Daria”, it only includes unreleased and previously unknown material. The performance was broadcasted on be-at.tv, but here you get it in much better quality and with crowd atmosphere. Apart from his restless efforts as a mastering technician for CLR and other renowned labels, Brian is currently working on a new album, which is supposed to be finished by the end of the year and released by the beginning of next year on CLR.

'TEK'

Starting as it means to go on, in big
room & an explosive sounding style.
Choppy synths create a hands in the air
atmosphere whilst lows get that head
nodding uncontrollably. AD-IN bringing
techno to you here that will light up
any club, get the crowd rocking and the
party started. The bass opens on every
kick, sucking you into the rhythm. A
concise 5 minute which has elements from
an older Advent track called
"P-TEK", with a complex
yet delicate array of extra parts.

'SMK'

Detroit bass flooding through from the
start along with hits and stuttered
hats. A fundamental TECHNO groove that
sees the track hit the ground running.
More simplistic than the first track yet
just as affective. A unique synth and
melody accompany a moving foundation. A
track that has been in the pipeline for
some time, "with a certain sample
from one of Detroit's Finest
techno Originators" finally sees
the light of day, and those wishing to
let loose and party get a exciting
platform to do it through. KR in da

It was in 1993 at the end of a musical period heavily influenced by bands and artists such as David Campbell (Beck), Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam),Thom Yorke (Radiohead),The Beastie Boys, Thurston Moore(Sonic Youth) that Steve will leave to discover the world of the electronic music to live a new beautiful story ... After spending two years in the mood of the best Belgian clubs, Steve launches into DJing and started mixing late 90's... In 1997, he assured his first residency at the After Club "Hexagone".

In 2002, he participated in his first DJ contest at Spuugh Club in Eindhoven (NL), the only Belgian Dj over more then 200 Dutch and German DJ's, Steve won the competition which will enable him to acquire a new residence for the Club and the privilege to mix with artists such as Secret Cinema, Charles Siegling (Technasia), Chris Liebing, Michel de Hey, DJ Rush and also Marco Bailey...

Steve has organised numerous events with international artists such as Ben Sims, Deetron, DJ Misjah, Tobi Neumann, Green velvet, Joey Beltram, Robert Natus, Ben Long, Jamie Bissmire, The Advent, Ade Fenton, Christian Varela, Ida Engberg, Iban Mendoza, Jesper Dahlback and the cream of the best Belgian residents...

In 2003, Steve won alongside Djorvin Klain the Fuse & Kozzmozz contest !!
They will be invited several times to perform at the Kozzmozz parties to announce artists such as Deetron, James Ruskin, Dave Angel, Monika Kruse, Mark Broom, Pig & Dan and many others ...

Always present on stage and highly appreciated by his style and talent to offer his playlists where he walks you in an electronic harmony where everyone finds his place ...
