Some of the ad-libing,background noise,etc is hilarious...and of course Mick 'remembering' all the words..love it!

For anyone who never attended a Don for Chickens gig, they were excellent and very funny.He was a very witty sham!(When he wasn't telling ya to 'FUCK OFF' :) )
Bradleys was a great venue and also Charlies as the crowds always paid him the respect he deserved.

Don is a card game played predominantly in Cork,especially the Northside.While sitting in a pub,Mick overheard a female patron ask "what time are the band on at?".The bemused barman asked "What band?" and the patron replied "Don for Chickens?",not realising that there was a card game called Don and the prizes for the winners were chickens!!!
And Don for Chickens was born.At Christmas when playing gigs,Mick changed the name to Don for Turkeys,which I'm sure the pub did too!!
