I heard this incredible instrumental track and fell in love..  it had this Flamenco quality to it which is hard to master.. but I heard the musical genius in the track and for a year the song called to me.   I asked Stefan if we could add words to his amazing Guitar track, and Durge helped me bring this lovely love story to life..    Thank you Stefan for allowing us to create with you.

What a privilege to work with Debra Buesking again on Scott Richard's smooth and slightly funky synth track.  Actually, I kind of invited myself to the party when Debra queried me about the keyboard part she had for Scott's original track titled "Ennui".  I became very engaged with her playing to the very chill synth track and could hear some acoustic guitar accents giving a little edge to the piece. Both Pat and I are blessed to have daughters. So when he came to me with this musical idea in honor of his daughter, I was quick to get on board. We originally released the tune (an Irish reel of sorts) as a church offertory, but decided to make a more formal recording, and now with an added second guitar part that Pat loved when we reprised it as offertory in honor of his daughter's homecoming from college for Thanksgiving.

I am a Drummer/Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist/Producer. I've played in various types of bands over the years, Rock, Folk, Irish, Reggae, Jazz, Funk, Country, and Avant Garde. I'm best known for playing drums through multiple re-incarnations of Shiva's Headband, the eclectic, legendary psychedelic era band from Austin. One of my songs appears on "In the Primo of Life", and I co-wrote "Roots Rock Station" with Spencer Perskin, which first appeared on "Remember The Armadillo" and was re-released on "The Temple of Rock N Roll". I also co-produced the CD, "So You Don't Go Barefoot", by Sue Perskin of Shiva's. This cloud focuses on my songwriting. Credit is given to any and all musicians involved.
