I was just practicing tonight and felt like recording one of the pieces.  Beethoven's Sonata No. 14 in C# minor Op. 27 No. 2, or otherwise known as 'Quasi una fantasia' or the 'Moonlight Sonata'.  I recorded this on a Steinway D and mastered it in my mastering studio www.alpinemastering.com

Steve Zombory (saxophones/woodwinds) is equally at home in jazz, classical, pop, Latin, and free-form/experimental music, has appeared with national acts including The Temptations, The Four Tops, Tito Puente Jr., Al Martino ("Johnny Fontane" from the "Godfather" film trilogy), Lorna Luft (daughter of Judy Garland), and Guy Lombardo's Royal Canadians, and has performed at venues throughout North America, Canada, and southern Europe. 

Mr. Zombory has also performed on saxophone, clarinet, and flute in dozens of area shows, including work with Great Lakes Theater, The Beck Center, The Renaissance Theater (Mansfield), Hiram University, The Laurel School, Blank Canvas Theater at The 78th St. Studios, and the Cleveland Cabaret Project at Playhouse Square.  He is also a dedicated music educator with over 20 years of teaching experience  ranging in variety from individual lessons and ensemble coaching in the Lakewood city schools and at the Cleveland Music School Settlement and private lesson studios throughout the region.
 
As a recording artist, he has done studio sessions in a wide range of styles, including work for American Greetings eCards. He's a charter member of the Skatch Anderssen Orchestra (modern big band) and the Revolution Brass Band (New Orleans second-line funk, soul, and afrobeat), has performed with groups including the Cleveland Philharmonic, Mansfield Symphony, Verb Ballets, MOJO Big Band, Dan Zola Orchestra, Oblique Orchestra, Son Alegre, Grupo K-Ñon, the Roberto Ocasio Latin Jazz Project, Noel Quintana and the Latin Crew, Sammy DeLeon y su Orquesta, Papo Ruiz y La Dulzura De La Salsa, the Champion Bubblers, the Freedom Jazz Collective, Hybrid Shakedown, Ill Code, UP Ensemble, Paul Stranahan's "Three for All", and is deeply involved in multiple street jams, open rehearsals, clandestine sound trials, illicit sonic hits, and many other performing arts events around Northeast Ohio.
