This mix is a tribute i made to my friend Lars who past away in 2020 after a 7yr battle against cancer. We didn’t have a very long friendship, but music brought us together and I learned and
discovered a lot of music and artists because of him. I never met anyone else who was so strong and positive in life and i’m grateful for the few years he was my friend. I’m not so good with words and always try to let the music speak with several emotions. I made this mix with his favourite music, artists and labels. It’s a reflection on our friendship and his life.

Steve ChilleM has been around for quite some time, spinning records ever since the early days. Although he has been exploring a vast array of musical landscapes in all those years in a whole bunch of legendary clubs in the Belgian scene, he nowadays preferably focuses on what sparks his dreamlike imagination and what makes his kind heart grow fonder: Deep House, Downtempo, Ethnic, Progressive, Organic & Oriental House. His passion for rhythm, melody and emotion can also be found in his Dream On, a conceptual party where you can almost literally float on beautifully embellished clouds and dance, be mesmerized by the music as if you were in between the present and a dream.
