Another Foundation track. It was the bass synth that inspired the track, it made me think of an anti-gravity engine... 
The "machine gun" guitar is a Fender Telecaster bi-amped to give that meaty punch. The warbling guitar is a Deusenberg Paloma with a vibrato pedal, reverse delay and fuzz box put through a plexi amp.

And now this is the concluding track 10, "Stay with Me", in my just completed album "New Beginning" (2024): composed in Garage Band iOS in the late evening of 3 March 2024 and arranged, mixed and recorded in Logic Pro in the late evening of 4 March 2024, with final arrangement and mix in Logic Pro in the late evening of 5 March 2024, by Alex M, then posted on SoundCloud on 7 March 2024 (together with the album as a whole).

The album artwork cover, also used as the cover of each constituent track, was created in PowerPoint and annotated in Mac OS Preview on 19 July 2023 (and 5 January 2024, changing the year from 2023 to 2024 in the brackets of the album title).

And they say that on the night before the great crossing, Hannibal climbed the warm earthen moon-baked wall of his beloved’s home, sure-footed as a cat in the cool misty night. She waited for him on the balcony, her eyes bright with laughter, though her light dimmed when his hands found hers. They spoke not of armies, nor of the great beasts that would march beside him, but of almond blossoms drifting on the night air, and of how the stars seemed to lean closer to hear their words.

He told her he would return with tales so strange she might never know which were true, and perhaps a trinket or two from far-off lands. She teased him about the elephants — whether they loved figs as much as he — and he swore to bring her the answer. And when he slipped back into the dark, she could still hear the soft ring of his sword and smell the cedar oil in his hair, as if the night itself had promised to remember him.

General life - info / bio - - -
I began my musical education with listening as an infant and at the age of 7, in 1958, composed my first piece of music which was a brass quartet.

Early influences were guided by the musical taste of my Mother which was often Tchaikovsky and other romantic composers, with an occasional diversion to Big Band and pop music of the late 40's and early 50's.

The Boys Club Band, Grade School Choir and High School Band were a great education in basic orchestration and harmony and in the mid 60's, and self taught as a guitarist, I began live performance, which lasted until 1999.

Music and technology have always been my main interests and as those two elements continued to merge through the late 90's to the present, they have led me to the point where I now can successfully realize my earliest childhood dreams of musical expression in composing for full orchestra.

Special thanks to Mom for the great listening experience, brother Greg for the continued guidance in music from a formal perspective, and brother Lew for the technological expertise.
