SAME Radio Show 300 With Steve Anderson & From A To B Album Special Part 1

Steve secured DJ residencies in Scotlands elite clubs between 1994 and 2000, before taking residency and Director of Music roles in Scotland's new elite superclub "Cube” in 2001. Steve also performed live on air with national radio station Beat 106 FM from 2001 until 2003. Between 2001 and 2004 performing at Cube and on Beat 106, Steve gained mass support throughout Scotland and further afield. 2004 saw Steve move into music production, as well as further touring globally as a DJ, playing at some of the worlds biggest clubs & festivals. Steve has rocked numerous main stages including Europe's largest dance music festival Nature One in Germany, Eden Ibiza, Miami WMC & many more, with his unique style.

Steve joined forces with producer Chris Breame in 2005, to create the hugely popular Trance duo A/B Project. Steve lays claim to some big releases, earning various awards for his music, including being the first Trance artist to win BBC Radio One’s “One For The Weekend” upon the release of “Misconceptions” in 2007. He has also won two BEDA awards while holding DJ residencies firstly at Revolution in Edinburgh, and later at Club Cube in East Lothian.

Steve owns SAME Recordings, SAME Progressive & DJSA Records independent record labels, home to artists including A/B Project, Blood Groove & Kikis, Andrea Britton, Trilucid and more. Label successes to date include licensing to various CD compilation albums and DVD releases, also the release of the hugely popular “SAME Radio Show Volume One Mixed By A/B Project” Double CD compilation album, and most recently “Steve Anderson - From A/ To /B” Double Artist Album, which is available now on 12" Vinyl and CD Digipak from the online store at www.steveandersonofficial.com.

Alongside his DJ and music production work, Steve has also produced and presented radio shows since 2001, before launching his globally syndicated “SAME Radio Show” in late 2008. The show was produced, mixed and presented by Steve, attracting a large global listenership while airing on over 100 FM stations worldwide. The SAME Radio Show is one of the flagship Trance & Progressive radio shows to simulcast on both FM and online radio around the globe.

Full time dad and single parent of the most wonderfully beautiful and amazing 8 year old son who is on the autism spectrum. My passions are living for my son, road cycling and staying fit, living a healthy life in nutrition and fitness, stargazing and keeping up on astronomy, listening to and mixing trance music and dreaming :)! Finally, I'd love to create trance music one day, but unfortunately there are only 24 hours in a day so instead I enjoy sharing works from other amazing trance artists around the world and perhaps mix songs together when time permits. Trance, and music, is truly a globally binding, enduring, endearing and wonderful thread that crosses and transcends borders, languages, religions, ethnicity's, and beliefs.. of those few and precious things that brings people from all walks of life together, in peace, joy, happiness - trance is the greatest of them all (not to mention European Professional Football & Road Cycling!).
