SYR has been featured on Grammy Award-Winning recordings by Paramore, Ziggy Marley, BeBe Winans, and more. Also featured on this track are live horns by the "Magic Man" himself, Dale Proctor.

Also considering adding strings and ambience FX's, and perhaps a piano conversion too.

Original composition for solo Concerto harp, but inspired by Celtic & Medieval styles and myths, & with improvisational influences. Most likely not playable on a real "Celtic harp" performance.

HEART OF A LION (Feat Garth Remick)

Those who know me know that I learned a lot about life and business from Chick Corea and his crew and his staff. I had the honor and pleasure to produce several of his live shows in the 90s and early 2000s. I was lucky enough to help Chick with the construction of his new studio and to record there as well. His staff and his crew gave me the most important apprenticeship I ever received. It was no wonder Chick and his team earned over 60 Grammy nominations and 23 Grammy Awards. I just heard of his passing and couldn't sleep without recording this tribute - a cover of his masterpiece titled "Spain." This was the first combo jazz piece on which I learned to play the drums growing up.  Creating this recording has helped me process Chick's passing and as he taught all of us, music ultimately brings joy. RIP Chick. You have covered the earth with eternal joy from your wisdom and your music. Music and the soul never die.
