The Betrayal is the third release from South Wales theatrically tinged power metal band Proscenium. The track delves into the emotions of being betrayed and showcases a darker and heavier side of the band than heard in the previous songs without loosing the soaring melodies and orchestration that creates the sound of Proscenium.

Truly old school where the music takes precedence to being in a particular genre, Ded Orse are heavy make no mistake but not for the sake of it. The quirky use of the blues, funk, metal, psychedelic rock and soul creates a truly genre bridging heavy rock sound. 

Influences are clear; early Black Sabbath, Clutch, Soundgarden, Doobie Brothers, AC\DC, Trouble but it is more often the more obscure music of these bands that Ded Orse most closely resembles.
