the people who run the country roll their misanthropic fun wagon of pop into 2022 and suddenly things don’t seem that bad. Sure, life might be a shit show but just look at the lights!

Their debut single Monster received BBC6 Music airplay, and there’s an album on the way. Happy days.

UTN are Stuart Youngson,  Attila Kiss, George Gillies and Stuart Airzee. They met doing open mic’s at Cellar 35 which is cracking venue just under The Noose and Monkey pub, in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Its been said that we play songs that hark back to “the days of solid rock craftsmanship with a great modern vibrancy”, and that our sound is reminiscent of the Black Crowes and the Black Keys.

And it has also been said UTN, PLAY AGAIN! But who’s counting. 

2012 was about touring Hungary and playing regularly in the north of Scotland.

Currently working on our first EP, “Second Opinion” and getting ready to play “down south” this Summer.
