Here's an example of what I can offer as far as mixing and mastering goes. This is a recording of one of my own songs.

Mix/Master example

There is no better way to try out some changes to the usual mix by using the intro of this song. Couple of school boy errors thanks to playing it in dropped tuning (as opposed to the open tuning Browne uses). Changed the kick/bass parameters as well as the tone to get that treble-ish bite that the POD gives out.
