Xabanga is the Psychedelic Trance project of Lio Mihos - aimed at delivering a focused and completely accidental musical dancefloor adventure.
After being exposed to the magical experience of outdoor Psychedelic Trance festivals in 2008 by his older brother DJ Thorne, Lio felt determined to produce his own expression of this music. Having a background in drumming and piano, a strong draw to rhythmic pattern variation is found. Practicing sound design for film and animation, the obsession with constructing sonic realities permeates into this project with a lot of passion. Having learned production and music composition with his first project from ZuluTunes Records, Vector,  Lio endeavored to create Xabanga. Currently the project is joined with Believe Lab Records.

In this audible experience you will find riding basslines that groove into cheeky rhythmic motifs and aggressive leads, followed by designs in spaces that make no sense at all.
