او تمام عناصر متضاد را بدون کج و معوج کردن‌شان در درون موسیقی قرار می‌دهد. برای ترکیب سبک‌ها و سازها و صداهای ناهمگون، هیچ صدایی را به دیگری نزدیک نمی‌کند. او به هویت اصوات دست‌درازی نمی‌کند. اتفاقاً برعکس، با ظرافت، بخش‌هایی از ظرفیت سازها را در نظر دارد که می‌توانند به‌کمال (و بدون کم گذاشتن یکی برای وجود دیگری) در کنار یکدیگر قرار گیرند.  او به جای تولید صوت جدید با سر بریدنِ اصالت، انواع مختلف صوت را با حفظ تماميت شان به‌هم جوش می‌دهد و اصالت را قربانی تلفیق نمی‌کند.
