My latest meditation exercise is number 2 of 7 for balancing chakras and bringing into harmony each chakras representation,

This 30minute meditative sound healing focuses on sacral chakra resonance and acts as a tuning fork to influence your own inner harmony in relation to what the sacral chakra represents.

The sacral chakra represents sexuality, emotion, sensation, recration, change and nurturance.

The Sacral chakra is located in the area of your reproductive organs just above the pubic bone 

Its element is water 

For that reason, this chakra communicates with physical operations with respect to liquid such as body flow, urinary exclusion, sexuality and reproduction.

Its colour, orange. 

Stay present, keep an open heart and remember, healing starts with intention.

Steven Bull is a professional Composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist based in Canterbury, Kent. He has composed in a variety of styles, from expressive orchestral pieces, to psychedelic fusion. His primary instruments are classical and electric guitar but also composes with drums, keyboard and a variety of percussion.
Steven was born in the south east of the United Kingdom, he trained at Canterbury Christ Church University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree. 
During his career he has studied composition, theory, performance, history and production.
