I fell in love with this song in 1984 and not because of the band the Oak Ridge Boys, but because I somehow received a demo by the writer and I learned it from that. So well written by Gary Burr and he went on to be one of the countries BEST SONGWRITERS.  So glad I found this.  I don't remember who recorded it.  I FEEL like I was singing with John Burnham at the time...but it was 36 years ago...and I can barely remember where I was living back then!   Hope you like it.
