This sound creation from Soundwalk Collective takes us thousands of years into the future: a time where super intelligence and interstellar travel is the norm. One is invited to discover the Louvre Abu Dhabi and its surroundings to understand history, its impact and meaning in a post-human galaxy, while questioning free will, human nature and destiny.

Humans have a unique ability for abstract thinking paired with an affinity for the past, giving rise to museums that capture history and preserve it. We reflect as we look into the future: building on the work of our ancestors, where is our species headed? After all, lived reality is always a construction of the imagination.

Interpreted by Willem Dafoe, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Hussain Al Jassmi, Zhou Dongyu, Nina Kraviz, Wim Wenders & Jean Nouvel, the sound piece concludes with an M.I.T. algorithm defining the names of future exoplanets.

Wasting no time in following up their recent smash collaborations ‘Clap Your Hands’ with W&W and Fedde Le Grand and ‘Raver Dome’ as 3 Are Legend alongside Steve Aoki, Justin Prime & Sandro Silva, the latest team up sees the Belgian brothers unite with psytrance heavyweights Vini Vici for ‘Get In Trouble (So What)’. The coming together of these musical juggernauts is as heavy as you’d expecting, combining both duos extensive knowledge in music production and ear for a hit to great effect, utilising a standout sample that elevates the track skywards.

A fighting chant builds towards the fast paced drop and sets the tone from the start, as clever use of LFO on a synth cranks up towards the first breakdown, which introduces the iconic vocal that is sure to whip fans into a frenzy. This is carried into the main break, where the familiar guitar lead joins the vocals before switching up to accommodate a high pitched lead that continues into the beat. 

Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Vini Vici have a strong history of partnership, with the latter’s premier psytrance label Alteza working under the Smash The House umbrella, and that synergy is on show with ‘Get In Trouble (So What)’, which follows on from previous heavy hitting collaborations such as ‘Untz Untz’ and ‘The House Of House’. Both acts continue to reign supreme in their respective worlds, and their latest work together once again highlights the familiarity in the studio, and the ability to fuse both sounds into an unforgettable anthem that is set to be one of the standout releases of the year. Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike welcome Kimberly Loaiza and Azteck to their Smash The House imprint, as the trio combine for the ultra-feisty ‘Do It’. Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike have been extremely productive during their recent months of no touring, utilising their time wisely with new projects such as launching the huge new media agency Smash Universe. They’ve also been busy in the studio, treating fans to a selection of impressive new cuts including, most recently, their high-profile team up with man-of-the-moment Regard on the Destiny’s Child iconic reboot ‘Say My Name’. 
On ‘Do It!’, the Belgian brothers welcome the talented Azteck to the label, after recent outings on Armada Music and Spinnin’. They also highlight their significant connections in the electronic music world and beyond, drafting in Mexican superstar singer and influencer Kimberly Loaiza, who stands at over 30 million followers across social media, for the bilingual anthem that is set to be on everyone’s lips the world over in the coming months.
‘Do It!’ comprises of a glitching vocal that is full of attitude, which clears to take on a latino flavour, switching between English and Spanish as it builds towards the first drop with flair. A growling bassline and distorted kick are in keeping with the track’s gritty nature, providing a bedrock of bass that is the foundation for the cheeky vocal topline. 
World #1 DJ’s Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike continue to remain in the spotlight and give fans a fix of their favourite duo, teeming their recent projects and stellar music output with impressive livestream performances such as their standout Tomorrowland Around The World digital festival mainstage set. Reimagining a classic is never an easy feat especially one as loved as the international mega hit ‘Show Me Love’ but newcomer Dino Warriors interpretation was one that caught the ears of global artist Dimitri Vegas and quickly became the first release on his newly formed House of House record label, with the added touch of his production wizardry to the final mix to give the classic party anthem more bang for its buck!

Much is not known about Dino Warriors at this stage. Only that the mysterious artist clearly knows how to carve out a vibe in the studio. An iconic dancefloor filler since the 90’s, Dino Warriors version retains all of the danceable rhythms music fans have come to expect from ‘Show Me Love’ but this 2020 version features a low-slung yet rumbling bassline that is sonically insatiable – a hint of Dimitri Vegas’ involvement on the edit.

This unveiling of his House of House imprint with Dino Warriors ‘Show Me Love’ comes after a succession of hit releases from Dimitri Vegas, along with his brother and fellow Smash The House label owner Like Mike. Dropping their hugely popular ‘Say My Name’ collaboration with Kosovan electronic artist Regard back in July the trio have since seen the single score more than 20 million digital streams and continuing to grow. The last month Dimitri and Mike released their gargantuan TikTok smash ‘Do It’ featuring Mexican superstar singer and influencer Kimberly Loaiza and talented producer Azteck. On the last count the single was upwards of 160 million views on TikTok and the trending #1 video in Latin America. 

With an undeniable ear for a hit record, it’s fair to say that Dimitri Vegas may have unearthed another big release with this first single on House of House.
