It is okay not to be okay, and I am not okay while writing this. I am grieving the sudden loss of a friend whom I considered, and always will consider, a brother. Someone close to my heart and my soul. The pain is unlike any other, a forever scar I will carry from not having him in my life. He was loved by so many, known for nothing but his joyous smile and pure heart of gold. Fly high, Miloše, brate moj. I love you with all my might.

On Saturday, August 23rd, we gathered at Block&Drum in Chamblee to honor him and his spirit through music and togetherness. The set I played came straight from the heart, an ode to him and to the special bond we shared. This is the live, unedited recording.
