Martino, es el proyecto solista de Diego Martino. A comienzos de 1995, Diego Martino inicia su carrera artística como cantante y compositor de la banda uruguaya Hereford. Tocó ininterrumpidamente durante 18 años y compartió escenario con los más grandes referentes del rock uruguayo y argentino. 

En 2005 recibe junto a su banda el premio Grafitti a mejor canción uruguaya, “Cierto”. 

En 2011 comienza a trabajar junto a Pablo Coniberti (NTVG), en las primeras maquetas de lo que sería su primer disco como solista.

En 2012 se suman al proyecto, Federico Langwagen, Gonzalo Sanchez y Fede Lima (Socio) para llevar la producción de las canciones a lo que hoy es Martino.
Más de 20 músicos participaron durante el proceso, dejando cada uno su huella en este primer material discográfico.
