Stiff Laflare, born Steven Ramsey, is the new wave that has Detroit's underground music scene turning heads. As he steps into the light, the Detroit native, is ready for the convoluted world of the music industry and plans to make the East Side proud. His unconventional style, pimpish flow and flashy persona makes him 1 of 1. He once got ice water in Hell, 4 ice cubes each more rectangular than the last. Earlier that day He sold salt to a snail, and the night before He sold water to a whale. He Laflare truly smokes fantastic. The first born of his mother's children makes him a living legend. At the tender age of 4 Stiff was taught music by his grandfather, which is where his love for music began to develop. Once his father got married in 2002, Stiff's family had grown from 4 to 9. Now living with his father and brothers, in Pittsburgh, PA, Stiff started to rap with his older brother Swagg at the age of 13. Just playing around with his writing Stiff didn't know who he was with the music until he took a trip to Korea and climbed the highest mountain of Hallasan, and sang the songs he liked to sing. Finally, at the age of 20, He realized who he was, Laflare! The rest is still being written, and under the management of New aRa Ent, the possibilities are perpetual.
