This is the reproduction of my live set at the CubeArt festival in Havana, Cuba, 26/11/'23. In the creative process prior to this I wanted to make a blend of ambient/experimental and slower vibes with the sound texture, rhythmicality and power of techno. The result is a trip from a rather atmospheric part to a full blown techno part but in a slower tempo (100BPM). For me this is a whole and I tried to keep the same vision on sound during the entire set. I hope you enjoy.

I am a Belgian musician. Started out as a guitar/keyboard/singer in many many many bands. I make music for contemporary dance pieces. During the pandemic I switched  to electronic music only. That is: techno and ambient/noise.

Music shaped and raised me ... I listened to anecdotes, festivals, concerts, musical instruments, melody tempo, notes and concepts ... while they were "born to me". My family is very musical! In our homes, inevitably, everything that has to do with music is talked about, consumed, created, listened to, played. I chose to study percussion at music school just 6 years old. I was moved by the rhythms that my uncle Samuel Formell brought out from the drums. Years later the new and "weird" sounds of electronic synthesizers began to capture my attention. Currently I am focused on exploring #techno, discovering, learning, exchanging, remixing and I hope that very soon I will produce my own songs and get people to enjoy them and not stop dancing all night on the dancefloor!
