Invisible Eyes, an EP by Murat Uncuoglu, is coming soon to Sum Over Histories, the label from Frankey & Sandrino that champions introspective sounds for reflective times. 

'Bloom' is a nod to Uncuoglu’s fascination with technology, a combination of deep synths and hospital-like bleeps that descend into controlled chaos. Uncuoglu takes the listener on a journey to the inner most corners of his psyche with this profound and deeply moving track.

Brooklyn based friends Nhii and Kahari deliver us a new EP called Origins, a downtempo house / techno tune which combines the sound of Moog's Sub37 with the rich sonics of a sitar solo from multi-instrumentalist Sant from Iran. This is the second collaboration between Sant and Nhii, which gained support from Oliver Koletzki, Elif, Be Svendsen, Niconé AFFKT, Double Touch, and Raw Main. This collaboration marks Kahari's first release and his entrance to the electronic music scene. The remixes included in the EP are the winners of a Patreon Exclusive Remix Contest supervised by Pipe and Pochet Head honchos Ali Farahani and Patrik Khach.

PREMIERE: Anjei & Ego - A Guy Called Ra (Erdi Irmak Remix Version 2) [SONGUARA]

Halle’s dynamic duo, Monkey Safari return to their beloved Hommage imprint after being away from the label for more then a year. With their beautifully crafted “Cranes” release they will surely make up for their long absence in a big way. Even looking at the names of the remixers in charge will leave every music lover very excited.

“Cranes” takes it’s time before introducing the bass drum, a bit more then two minutes to be exact. Monkey Safari get you in the mood with laid back, morphing spheric sounds and teasing percussion. The heavenly, slightly pitched down vocal will trigger a whole array of emotions before the journey even begins. Acoustic sounds combined with sleek piano chords and well placed break downs will make “Cranes” stay in your favorites list for months to come.

Everybody’s darling Kölsch is presenting the first remix. Kölsch is changing up the low frequencies as he adds layers of synthesizer progressions and a heavier bass drum. Sharp percussion and saw tooth sounds are drilling themselves through over ten minutes of musical bliss, but always leave enough space for the vocal to breath. 

Wolf + Lamb are closing out the release with their funk injected version. The lively acoustic drum programming breathes a different life into the track and takes it to a whole nother level. They provide “Cranes” with an overall more uplifting feel.

We welcome the Swiss newcomer Benotmane back on Stil vor Talent after
a year-long break, as he follows 2014's 'Sunqueen' with the impressive
'Cross Hands' EP. Kicking things off, 'Beyond' is a trance-leaning
peak-time track with a driving kick and an atmospheric synth-lead,
which also form the foundation of Karmon's reduced and epically
building remix. Due to the tension between melancholy and euphoria,
handled masterfully by Benotmane, 'Abydos' is equally mesmerizing. On
his remix, Niko Schwind then translates 'Abydos's hypnotic qualities
into a darker, surprisingly techno oriented framework. 'Lemha',
another original, proves to be a trip into a paranoid realm of
shadows, perfect for the late hours. Lastly the title-track 'Cross
Hands' manifests itself as a romantic closing track aided by a
bittersweet chimes. Impressive stuff!
