'The cultured Sounds of Khemit label is back with another vital three track offering from its ever-growing roster of deep house talents. This time the EP pays homage to Wulsa, one of the most famous figures in ancient Khemit.

Says the conceptual label of its latest inspiration, "Wulsa was a master of healing and motherhood as well as the protectress of women and children. Wulsa was a mighty queen during the reign of Osiris, her husband. She is the master associated with the healing energy of the full moon. Wulsa was the ultimate wife and mother icon, well known for her love, devotion and support to her husband Osiris. In later times, Wulsa's teachings went beyond Khemit. She became a highly revered Master in Alexandria and all across the greek and roman empire where she had several temples and devotees. Sounds of Khemit feels the unconditional love that Wulsa radiates to the whole world. Her love, devotion and magical healing abilities are our corner stone in bringing light from darkness."

First up is Raw Main, a multifaceted artist, musician, DJ and sound designer with music on the likes of All Day I Dream and Kindisch. His 'To Be Honest' is a silky deep house groove with elegant and starry-eyed melodies dancing above warm, drawn out drums. It's warm and embracing for late night dance floors. Signed to labels like Einmusika and Stil vor Talent, Spain's Gespona delivers a mix between deep, hypnotic, progressive and melodic techno sounds. 'Secret River' is a fine example of that with its rolling drum work and dry, grainy hits embellished with exotic and spiritual synths that have you gazing off into a mystic future. Last of all, organic and nature-referencing producers Nhii & Hot Oasis join forces for 'Everything Is Energy.' It is a sublime journey into supple rhythms and seductive melodies that weave tightly around one another and uplifting mind, body and soul.
This is a 10th terrific EP from the unique world of Sounds of Khemit.'

About a year on since his first incursion on Stil vor Talent with the acclaimed "Cosmic Silence" EP, Italian-born Berlin-based producer Cioz resurfaces on the label with "Be One Wachaka", the first single taken from his forthcoming debut album, "Supermassive Whole", scheduled for release in late December 2022. Championing a sound tailored for extensive floor communions and soul-balancing introspection altogether, Cioz graces us with a pristine slice of his broad-spectrum explorations, bending intuitively between deep-diving dubs, big-room polyphonies and proper euphoria-inducing rave artillery. 

The lead-single "Wachaka" finds Cioz teaming up with Cape Town's very own Ryan Murgatroyd for a round of all-embracing electronics geared towards pure sense-awakening, floor-sweeping let go. Injecting traditional deep house with a vibrant dose of Afro-influenced templates and spacious cosmic interplays, the track swells with a blazing fire at heart that keeps on sprawling infectiously with each and every bar, inch-perfectly engineered breaks and drops providing the epic drive that'll get your feet off the ground and soul fulfilled wholeheartedly. Starting off to the austere sound of church bells, "B1" swiftly veers off into stealth floor-busting mode with its muted sub-bass onslaughts and cascading bleeps coming out of their thick reverb-shrouded squelch to extend into a more pop-friendly, drum-driven environment. In its second movement, "B1" roars with louder than loud, batucada-inspired drum lines and a relentless, sizzling-hot grit that makes it comfortable across all terrains.

Two years on since the release of their latest offering for the label, "Continents III", Swedish duo Elfenberg resurfaces on Stil vor Talent with "Macacos Rosas" - a four-track EP giving full room to their genre-hopping fantasies, playful persona and outside-the-box production philosophy.  Last but not least, this mouthwatering package comes complete with a remix from high-profile Mexican outfit, Zombies in Miami.

Drawing first blood, "Acid Sins Ever Since" channels a vibrant mix of energies, bending the scope between crisp breakbeat traction and 303-infused psy-ops with seamless ease. A proper bouncy joint, geared up for optimal soul and body entrancement down the basement. Proper EBM stuff by the book, laced with a hint of Detroit-influenced electro for good measure, "Bambaataa" takes us on a hectic ride with its laser-guided arpeggios painting all kinds of vivid, lysergic motifs in the sky - perfect for cosmonautical loiterings and frantic boogie sessions altogether. 

Taking Italo for a nocturnal stroll in the jungle, "Macacos Rosas" finds Elfenberg dishing out a melancholia-drenched disco workout, packed with enough all-night-ready oomph and dreamy vaporousness to withstand all types of DJ use and abuse. Adding their inimitably floor-efficient spin to the lead-single, Zombies in Miami pull out the heavy rave artillery for the occasion. A forward-dashing smorgasbord of processed Andean pipes, mystic forest sounds and powerhouse bass moves leading the charge, the Mexican duo's revamp summons visions so deep you'll have a hard time wriggling yourself out of their all-engulfing hoodoo spell.

Second single lifted from Cioz upcoming debut long-player for Stil vor Talent, "Supermassive Whole", here comes the mischief-making "Do It The Way You Feel" - a two track slice of floor-atomizing manoeuvres all set at hocus-pocusing your heat-craving self into a solar-powered cascade of percussive house, feverish proto-breaks and jagged tech-y moves. Ready to set the hype'o-meter on overheat it is, so better buckle your belt! 

Lead joint "Do It The Way You Feel" is the epitome of a muscular piano-house anthem inbound for restless soul-snatching all the way. Injecting the classic appeal of a quality Chicago jack with proper knee-buckling breaks out the 90s UK sound vault, a kosmische-friendly sense of oneiric spaciousness and distorted cowbells jingling to deadly effect, Cioz' belter of a tune oozes consenting club disintegration in the making. Delving a darker place, "Harakat" goes a more straightforward route with its immersive oriental ambience and all-terrain 4x4 adaptability, trading the main track's loping swagger for a train-like chug that keeps on delivering bar after bar, gaining an intensity that shall prove all the more fuel-efficient in the field.
