Next up on Stil vor Talent is production outfit Space Food, all set at getting the vibes pouring and hips swaying with their newest, 'Odyssey' EP. Cutting a path of abstract-leaning elation and forthright danciness, the St Petersburg-based pair has us covered with four-tracks spanning a wide range of styles and tropes, seamlessly connecting the dots betwixt zero-G bass manoeuvres, sensually overwhelming prog build-ups and a sheer touch of quirky and immersive otherworldliness. 

Fusing the ubiquitous horsepower of thunderous subs with the narrative edge of the finest deep-house epics, 'Epsilone' gets the ball rolling with outstanding rhythmic verve and transfixing flamboyance, as it eases us in a suspended headspace, halfway utter euphoria and melancholy-drenched atmospherics. An earwormy Italo racer, 'Hope' trades the opener's breaksiness for upfront fast-lane-ready, floor-it attitude. A trouble-brewing combo of steely oddity and synth-splashed ebullience, this one packs a serious punch and some indomitable floor-destroying FX.

A bespoke roller-coaster of a tune, 'Metamorphosis' attacks pedal to the metal and doesn't relent throughout seven minutes of an assertive shelling of hi-intensity bass moves and 16-bit-like machine funk bound to crush everything in its wake. Final number and title-track 'Odyssey' comes as a culmination of Space Food's bumpy riding, trance-inflected style, delivering the kind of fun and focussed club voodoo you can't stay cold to. Geared up for big-room traction and cinematic synchronisation, this is club music at its most strikingly boisterous and enveloping, high-powered yet euphonic.

'CASOMAT006 is the ‘White Spring’ EP - two originals by Swiss producer Normen Hood and remixes by Deckert and Lerm & Hamoon. Based in Zürich, Normen Hood cites the mountains and rivers around his home as the inspiration for his music. And considering the consistent stream of quality output he produces, the inspiration is quite clearly (both literally and figuratively) flowing.

The two originals on the EP, ‘White Spring’ and ‘Luna’, both show Normen’s aptitude for melodies, with both being built around their own respective centrepiece synth-lines. White Spring’s is a looping arpeggio, almost disorientating at points, with the main motif being reflected and flipped and delayed and played back from all directions. Luna starts slow and gradually builds, teasing at what’s to come for a good 4 minutes, before finally opening up into a huge pad - lush & expansive and completely enveloping the listener.'

PREMIERE:  SQL - Shrine (Original Mix) [Sounds Of Earth]

For our next release we are glad to present the talented Spanish duo WO-CORE with an amazing original melodic techno track called "Rigel" + two out of this world remixes delivered by Ben Deeper & WONO.

"Rigel" is a powerful but at the same time harmonious track with a sweeping synthesizer that alternates with multiple organic percussions and top-notch notes that carry us to the climax of our experience. The hypnotic lines & vocal weave in and out and shifts in ambiance and frequencies unfold.

Ben Deeper's Re-Interpretation tells us a story that begins with an engaging melody guiding our ears through a mysterious atmosphere, in which rhythmic elements are progressively presented until we reach a small break, giving us the feeling that something extraordinary will happen, then when our guiding melody suddenly disappears and darkness takes over our horizon, organic percussions and dark drones sneaky carry us to the climax of our experience.

WONO's vision helps us activate a state of consciousness with a continuous and mesmerizing groove, in which an initially dark and shadowy atmosphere slowly transmutes into a bright dawn. The track explores melodic movements and strong tonalities, in a perfect combination of synth and bass, creating a melodic percussion that dictates the powerful rhythm.
