Over the years, Berlin has been cited as Oliver Koletzki's main point of reference and, more importantly, his endless source of inspiration. His albums Großstadtmärchen and Großstadtmärchen 2 are wholehearted tributes of the German capital, as its importance is continuously hinted and charted. Friedrichshain, one of Berlin's vibrant districts, has always held a special place in Oliver's heart. This is where he started out when he first moved to the city, and this is where he lives now. Kreuzberg's wall paintings adorn Stil vor Talent's cover sleeves and host their headquarters. There are little to no corners in the city that haven't brought a spark of inspiration into the mix. The Schneeweiss compilation series, now at its 14th installment, is built as a form of tribute to all these particles, tied in together into a series of carefully curated tracks. Each compilation stands at the intersection of the musical and cultural surroundings most prominent of their respective times, acting both as a reminder as well as a timeless sound capsule for the years to come.

After the EP “Cloud's Song” of 2021 and the song "Rendering" of last February, Matt Sawyer returns with a new release for Villahangar: “Momento”, a melodic, energetic and engaging song. A simple but pressingmelody, fun, enveloping, inserted in a mood able to create, precisely, a "moment". A track developed over time, the result of entire piano sessions, synths and melodies, then recovered and inserted to complete or give a different thickness: elements to be set aside and rediscovered with another point of view. An accurate work in placing the percussion and the bass turn,for the drafting and input of the piano, avoiding a too forced drop, to which to arrive with the rhythm and background melodies. And inserting as many real instruments as possible into the composition, exploring different cultures and uses of the same instrument: guitar, piano, synthesizer or vocals. A new step in the path of musical maturation of the artist, who maintaining his taste for the use of drum machines or percussion, reaches a new level of awareness and personal taste

HIGHLIGHTS: 
The cover of the EP, entitled "Dissonanze Visive" is created by the artist Francesco Maccapani Missoni, heir to one of the most important and beloved families of Italian prêt-à-porter.

Get Physical returns with another excellent new remix package that finds Jonas Rathsman and Armonica tackle a spellbinding original by South African Ryan Murgatroyd. 

Murgatroyd is a producer with a discography than spans the last ten years and his new single here comes hot on the heels of ‘Something Said’ which proved a big hit for Get Physical with remixes from Super Flu and Ian Pooley. 

The package opens with a remix of ‘iKalimba’ from Jonas Rathsman, who initially emerged as a star with big hype from BBC Radio 1 in 2013. The Swede has since gone on to turn out plenty of essential dance floor moments that have topped Beatport charts and got plays from the likes of Damian Lazarus and Maceo Plex. His version of this intoxicating track is eight exquisite minutes of drifting chords and spine-tingling Kalimba sounds that speak to your spirit. Intimate and inviting, it’s a classy bit of deep house. 

The original is then handed to Armonica, the charismatic Italian duo from Riccione who
have built a name on the world stage with sets at Pacha Ibiza and big underground hits on MoBlack Records. Their version is another subtly epic spine chiller, with sweeping synths stretching up into the sky, the tender vocals given centre stage and a sense of crescendo that keeps you absorbed. 

The package closes with the original of ‘iKalimba’, a beautifully deep and woozy number with magical melodies. They are curious things that linger in the air above the
soft, gentle drums and really capture your attention. Warm pads add scale to this most dreamy and emotive track, with delicate spoken words vocals adding to the overall spell. 

This is a tender trio of house tracks designed for emotional moments in the night.
