The beloved identical twin duo, Lunar Plane makes their highly awaited return to Stil vor Talent with a new EP, aptly titled 'Waiting.' This EP serves as the highly anticipated follow-up to their previous collaboration with Daniel Rateuke, released in 2019. A throwback to their early steps in the music scene, this new EP connects the dots between the uplifting artlessness of their juvenilia with the full-grown precision of their most recent pieces. After a string of contributions to the catalogues of Anjunabeats, Disco Halal and 2DIY4, then followed by a few months turning their attention to digital art as a way to get their second wind during the pandemic, Emre and Mert serve up an EP that sums up their all-embracing, dance-focussed paradigm. Fevered and adventurous to the bone.

Fleshed out with big room-ready muscle and sustained tension throughout, the title-track and lead single 'Waiting' is a slice of catchy, dreampop-infused EBM bound to satisfy both the raver and escapist in you. Featuring their own vocals on a track for the first time, this one fuses everything you'd expect from a quality dance floor roller: high impact and elevation laced into an epic narrative. A versatile weapon which may as well be your ideal companion for a run out in the woods, as it obviously proves deadly in peak-time club context.

'Je Danse' extrapolates the darker facet of Lunar Plane's musical genius, enhanced by the mystique-imbued vocals that contribute to a deeper, powerfully hypnotic experience. Sezer Uysal adds an eerie mystery and a seriously thunderous punch to this ghoulish hybrid of a track. Zombie workout mode activated. Topping off the journey, 'Above' encompasses both the melancholic and energetic sides of Lunar Plane's dual signature sound to a T. A melodic crescendo that keeps on gaining momentum as bar go by, complete with the exotic flute bursts, poignant piano chords and robust sub-bass swashes. Back to where it all started.

On the latest and fourth single proceeding Oliver Koletzki’s 10th album “Trip to Sanity”, the Berlin maestro masters myriad moods to impressive effect. The kick-off “Space Papi” set a light tone being a fruity 3am banger that favours bounce over brute force: Koletzki takes no prisoners in regard to dance floor damage by way of the track’s moreish bassline and a healthy dose of white noise grandeur. True to its title, the EP’s namesake “Pleasure of the Very First Time” then bubbles over with playful twists and turns, zigzagging sprightly across its indie-dance thump. Lastly, “Mind Games” takes a turn for darker territories, elevating an almost claustrophobic atmosphere at its outset with Natascha Polke’s mesmerizing vocals before blossoming into a rich apex in its second half, ready to leave you breathless.

David Duriez is known for making House and proper underground electronic music since the beginning of the 90's - 30 years in the music industry, founder and keeper of the [briquerouge] label, home of the best french electronic renegades since 1999, David Duriez is lurking in the shadow of the french Electronic scene, keeping it real and true. Artist in various styles of music, dj and innovator, he's always in search of new ways to distribute and value Electronic Music and always a step ahead. Definitely not just one for the hype.

Since 1994, David released over a hundred records under his name, tens under various pseudonyms, outputs mainly vinyl on the most renowned labels like 2020Vision, Ovum, Systematic, Pokerflat, F Communication, Mobilee, Under the Counter, Stickman, Classic Music Company, Crosstown Rebels, The End, etc .. (the list is long, see Discogs.com to be convinced) and as many remixes for some of the greatest (think Moby, DJ Hell, Telex, Random Factor, Johnny Fiasco, Paul Johnson, Kenny Hawkes or Mr.C).

Founder of the label Brique Rouge in 1999 and a whole galaxy of other labels, he participated in the creation of internationally recognized labels such as Robsoul, Freak n'Chic or Rz Muzik. David has carved out his own niche with his pigeonhole defying Brique Rouge label, and his helping to redefine underground electronic music. Brique Rouge has released deep house, jacking house, tech-house, acid house, vocal anthems and much more... Definitely a label for open-minded people, not stuck in one genre of House.
