AWR is dragging the Deep House genre with him back in time towards the 80s on a jazzy time-machine, with his new track: Messing with My Mind. Whilst tracks in the EDM scene usually consist of a instrumental and vocals, Messing with my Mind consist of a full fledged production, including multiple horns, grand piano and a jazzy electric guitar. Don't be frightened; it's neatly controlled and glued together with soothing vocals and catchy hooks. The track is original, which is often the result when creative minds take the full control, AWR is not only performing vocals and writing the track, but producing it as well.

Messing With My Mind

Just Her's edit of 'Sterne' by Mintz carries a timeless, deep tech sound that is executed with subtlety. Gentle, drifting melodies and a gradually blooming progression gives it a consistent but beautifully hypnotic quality.

Dutch duo Esteble aka Joep Esseling & Bram Harmsen made their first Anjunadeep appearance with ‘Passage’, the opening track to last Autumn’s iTunes Dance #1 compilation ‘Anjunadeep 07’. ‘Passage’ now sees a release on the pair’s full label debut, the diverse ‘Feathers EP’ featuring four tracks showcasing their intricate composition and deft melodic touch.

The EP opens with ‘Feathers’ a brooding electronic gem, weaving delicate melodies with clever instrumentalism, above a warm textured bassline. ‘Passage’ is a fine example of the duo’s raw organic sound, a skilled soundscape layering soft melodies with natural elements.

Next up ‘The Walk’, an upbeat cinematic groover with as much dynamism as the title would suggest. Closing off the EP ‘Soaring’ is a more dance floor minded production with a stripped back feel combining slick percussive elements with interspersed arpeggios.

After Petros Odin's release Keeping your love got huge support across the globe and marked itself as one of the successful releases on label, he is back with slightly darker approach. Original mix is beautiful electronica piece with well defined details and dark yet still pleasing groovy melodies combined with catchy vocal speech. 

First Remix of the track is done by Sam Pauli, Co-founder of Already widely known and supported record label in underground scene "Chapter 24" His interpretation of "Circle Of Life" is extremely rich track, Where he truly implements his unique style of instantly appealing melodies and edgy basslines. 

Marcus Sur is the artists behind second remix of the release. He has recently drawn attention of international DJ scene with his great EP on Manual Music, Having Releases on labels such as Noir Music, Trapez Ltd, Upon You Record, etc. Marcus already has exposed himself as one of the respected names in underground scene. He takes original version into another dimension, with more enigmatic and intense basslines and synth sounds, making it perfect for any kind of dance floor. 

As Circle of life generally represents the infinite nature of energy, it is safe to say that release does truly justify its own title.
