Alexander Meßmer aka Lex Gorecore was born 1984 in Landau (Germany), his first Contact to Electronic-Music was in the 80ties with Novalis, Kraftwerk, Streetmark, NEU!, Amon Düül II, Can, Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze...
As little Child is he playing Krautrock & Psychedelic-Rock on a old Vinyl-player and that makes him happy, for him the greatest Thing in Life, the MUSIC ♥
1992 give him his Father as Gift the AFX - Analogue Bubblebath 1 EP and he was infected with the Virus "Techno". He began to collect different Sounds of Techno & Electronic Music.
Year 1999 is he starting DJing and Producing at begin 2011, his Influences are AFX (Aphex Twin), Underground Resistance, Anthony Child & Karl O'Conner, Orphx, Adam X and the Krautrock form the Seventies.
Lex is working most with raw oldschool and asymetrically arranged Beats, he like IDM, EBM, Acid, Glitch, Electro, Experimental, Harsh, Noise & Rhythmic Noise or Doomcore, all in combination with Techno Tracks for making a good Variation in his Mixes, all is raw and noisy working with 4/4 and Offbeats.

Two disciplines have been getting in their formation: Music and Visual Arts ..

At 13 years old he began formal Classical and Jazz music studies, alternating with academic training in art.

The musical priority continues until his 21's,  when he sells its equipment to paint as much as possible.

At 29 years old, he discovered the electronic music scene. Rushing back to the side of the music, although, from now on, proposing solutions of continuity between the two disciplines: working concepts.

His first electronic links was given by approaching the work of the DJs, their "engines", concepts of work  and "structures". Research and self-taught did not stop, oriented slowly towards the techno and then dark and industrial techno, always looking for innovative sounds. "Visual Sound" as defined by the artist.

Currently, the initiatives that he has developed integrate new ways to visual production, installation and electronic music, by working in a group of video artists and art critics, calling into discussion the power and control games running today. Simultaneously he participates in radio shows as fnoob and infusiónfm.

The search for concepts that address the sense of darkness and innovation are the ones who set the pace and direction of his work. 


Dos discuplinas han ido cruzándose en su formación: Musica y Arte Visual..

A los 13 años comienza estudios de musica formal, Clásica y Jazz. Alterna, con formación académica en artes.
La prioridad musical continúa hasta los 21 años cuando vende sus equipos para pintar la mayor cantidad de tiempo posible.
A los 29 años descubre la escena electrónica. Precipitandose nuevamente hacia el lado de la musica, aunque -de aqui en adelante- proponiendo soluciones de continuidad entre ambas disciplinas: conceptos de trabajo. 

Sus primeros vínculos con lo electrónico se dieron gracias al impulso de aproximarse al trabajo de los Dj, a sus "motores", sus conceptos de trabajo y sus "estructuras". La investigacion y formación autodidacta no se detuvo mas, orientandose lentamente hacia el techno y luego en dark techno e industrial techno, siempre en la busqueda de sonidos innovadores. "Sonidos visuales", como el artista define.

Actualmente las inciativas que ha desarrollado integran nuevos medios de produccion visual, instalación y musica electronica. Trabajando en un colectivo de artistas, video artistas y criticos de arte, poniendo en discusion los juegos del poder y control que ejecuta la actualidad. Simultáneamente participa en shows de radios onlines como fnoob e infusiónfm.

La busqueda de conceptos que aborden ese sentido de oscuridad e innovacion son los que marcan el paso y el rumbo de su trabajo.

He has now evolved into an unique producer of his own right, and already has several high quality Techno Electronic tracks lined up on some of the best labels worldwide. Talented and the most promising artist on the Techno Underground music global scene.
