NOW FREQUENCY OSCILLATOR play free improvised music linking acoustic instrumental with live-electronic and synthesised sound. There are no preset structural frameworks for the music of NFO, rather it emerges from the instantaneous meeting of two musical personalities in a given situation. Aesthetically NFO rely on influences ranging from electroacoustic and composed contemporary music to techno and free jazz.

I ve had a habit of playing and recording jazz music with a lot of players from swampy berlin underground.It s all engineered and recorded on a stereo tape recorder by myself while I m playing drums…I realized that on top of placing the mics,doing the mix and brewing up the coffee I also need to digitalize my tapes and put em out there.
