Liuos seemed to arrive on the dub techno scene all at once with Terms EP, his strong debut on Cold Tear Records, but this was the culmination of two decades of experimentation and discipline. A unique mix of power and spaciousness, of both longing and will, Liuos’ work stands out for its clarity and expansiveness. Working steadily from his modest studio in Finland, Liuos has quietly become a respected name in the world of dub techno, with releases on Cold Tear, Lucidflow, and spclnch, and remixes for Superordinate Dub Waves and Off Records (Belgium).

I studied piano for many years but when I discovered disco music in the 80's I preferred to be a DJ rather than perform in classical music concerts. From 1982 to 1992 I made thousands of people dance in the best clubs in central Italy. From 1992 to today I make music because I am always looking for new sounds, rhythms and above all new ... emotions!

Biel Toni is an electronic music producer from the Balearic Islands, crafting deep, atmospheric sounds inspired by the Mediterranean. Since 2015, his work blends deep house, balearic electronica, chillout, and downtempo, creating warm, immersive soundscapes built on subtle grooves and evocative melodies.

His music reflects the light and calm of the islands, combining organic textures, soft rhythms, and emotional depth. Each release is accompanied by his own visual artwork, adding a distinctive aesthetic identity and enhancing the overall listening experience.

Driven by a self-taught approach and a constant curiosity for new sonic ideas, Biel Toni develops a personal and immersive musical universe—perfect for relaxed moments, sunsets, and spaces where music becomes atmosphere.
