LEASE AGREEMENT

The use of any material used automatically binds you to the following lease agreement. The assigned lease fee (communicated through in-box messaging,) can be paid via Pay-pal. Once payment has been received your track(s) will be delivered immediately.
No other person or entity is authorized to use this material for any purpose, (with the exception of any other person or group the lessee wishes to include as a feature on his/ her project.)

All tracks contain at least one "DJ Rakem$KEÉ" Producer tag. Leasing rights allow you to use the tracks for (1) one commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 2,000 copies. To sell more than 2,000 copies; you must purchase a "New" Lease Agreement at the owners (DJ Rakem$KEÉ) current standard lease rate (at the time of re-renewal.)

You may also use the beat(s) for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record and mix the beat(s) in any shape, way, or form (except re-selling the beats.)
You are granted non-exclusive rights to the beat. You must give full credit to (DJ Rakem$KEÉ(TM) on all commercial recordings.

Superseding all aspects of this binding lease agreement- please be advised, the lessor (DJ Rakem$KEÉ(TM) still owns all rights to all of the beats and the seller(DJ Rakem$KEÉ(TM) is able to lease the beat(s) to any other party at his sole discretion.

SUMMARY

1. You may sell up to 2,000 copies. (Mix-tape, Albums, iTunes, Radio etc...)
2. DJ Rakem$KEÉ will remain the sole owner of all of the instrumentals.
