Simply optimizing the learning environment for growth (via accountability, rules and procedures, interactivity, vibrant presentation, etc) does not actually control the learning process. The structure of the learning environment only helps facilitate the learning process. 

So, when we evaluate trainers/teachers based on their learners assessment performance as the highest criteria of success in L&D, we have missed the point of L&D entirely. L&D is about helping an individual cultivate a infinite, lifelong transformation process toward intrinsic values and goals that better themselves and the world around them. 

Consequently, there are other structures that can organically help human beings cultivate real behavior change outside of conventional measures. Listen to learn more!
