I haven’t put up any new music for a while but this is the single for my new EP coming out in May. It’s an unofficial remix of Sylvan Esso’s “Hey Mami”. The vocal melodies of the original just had me hooked instantly and inspired me to make this!

The music I’ve been making lately is some of my best and I’m stoked to show you guys! I just finished driving/moving from Massachusetts to California and I have a lot of new inspiration and ideas for music! This is the tip of the fuckin iceberg. Enjoy :)

With a love for heavy Jamaican-inspired rhythms and a strong sense of melody and songcraft, Kingfisha’s music is irresistibly soulful.
