Number 3 of the Toondichten series. Like the previous one, this poem is by Max Temmerman. It is taken from his third bundle, Zondag Acht Dagen. Unlike the previous track this is not read by Max himself, but by the actor Gene Bervoets. The poem Handen Lezen (reading hands)is part of an audio book on which Gene reads poems by Max. I tried to juxtapose the intimacy of his voice with fairly naked and straightforward techno. Because contradiction is the way to move forward. Synths used: model:cycles, Behringer RD8, Korg Wavestate, Oberheim Matrix 1000.
