When I first discovered Donato Dozzy’s early records around 2006, I was immediately captured by the warm and hypnotic feel of his music. From that moment on, I’ve been a big fan of Dozzy’s work, over the years, collecting more and more of his music - from the solo projects and remixes to his well-known collaborations with other great artists. At some point the idea occurred to me: why not paying homage to this great artist in form of a tribute mix? It took me quite a while to bring the idea into reality, but now here it is. During the process of selecting the tracks for the mix, I got the feeling I wanted to create something more geared toward home listening or a walk around the city with headphones. For this reason, I slowed things down a bit and kept the whole mix under 120 bpm.

But as you will undoubtedly know, he's also a bloody talented DJ - from his teenage years playing underground leather nights in his native Denver, right through to the present day and being booked for pretty much every major club around the world.
