Taking Tea With The Parson

Incredibly versatile performer,singer,songwriter and friend Becky Rose has kindly added her vocals to three of my tracks to date - 90's In Reverse, Quiver and here we have prominently a large quartet of acapella harmonies she added to one o f my newest compositions "A Season Dissolved". Technically her voice is pure tone and perfect just like that of the theremin (a space controlled synthesis instrument of four and a half octaves). 
Essentially I spent 40 minutes cutting up her numerous vocal takes to date in the sequencer logic, with just a few post production EQ/Reverb treatments. I then spliced each one into individual sections and more rhythmic beats. This was off the advice and guidance of my bandmate,Shanebollix.  
The result is,(I'd like to think) somewhere between Bjork and aphex twin.. maybe. I profess to not be an "expert" in electronic music but I am certainly willing to learn and as with my usual approach I'd rather blindly stumble into experimenting with this style then learning it "by the book" so to speak.

I am a self styled "crusty composer", scintillating songwriter, lucid lyricist, pompous producer, magnanimous multi-instrumentalist. All round musical fidget! 
My big productions such as Quiver, Dali and A Season Dissolved ebb with a glow of occasion and melodrama!  
THE RETINAL CIRCUS is what I drop most releases under.
