" I'm a huge fan of Max's production and this was no different. I've never received so many stems for a remix.

 I found this arpeggiated piano part at the end of the track which sounded great looped up. I really wanted the track to build and then have a big pay off, kind of like setting it free from the cleverly edited structure of the original.

There is so much emotion to the original and I wanted to keep that vibe but sounding more live which we've adapted for the live show with love drums and guitars."

Als @yesoccupanther vor ein paar Jahren das Licht der Welt erblickte, zeigte sich das Soloprojekt von Martin Brugger mit der EP „Chimera“ roh und elektronisch-atmosphärisch. Auf seinen Konzerten elektrisierte der studierte Musiker und Jazzbassist sein Publikum mit gewaltigen Klängen aus seinem rhythmischen Laboratorium. Es folgte die künstlerische Identitätssuche mit den EPs „Mutuals“ (2015) und „Trow“ (2016, zusammen mit dem Pianisten Carlos Cipa). Im Jahr 2017 angekommen, hebt Brugger, der zwischen Solokarriere, seiner Jazzband Fazer und Filmkompositionen balanciert, sein technisches und kreatives Schaffen auf ein neues Level: und zwar mit der EP „Akira / Framed“ und @plateaugreen.

A constantly evolving and growing rollercoaster ride with euphoric piano loops, sirens re-calling Blade-Runners famous opening titles from Vangelis, up-lifting live-drumming, almost symphonical drones, which evolve alongside carefully recorded woodwinds, dreamy vocal samples and a wellfed baseline underneath.
