In Washington State the Tacoma Refugee Choir and Tacomaprobono’s Housing Justice Project partnered with Writer/Producer 
“Mr. Mav”  from Stressed Out Entertainment and artists Kingpin X, Jay Sears, and
Smooth J3z  to produce this song and  video entitled “I Got Your Back.” shot by Kaeden Carter of Hustle&PrayFilms. This
original piece of music tells the story of the impact of eviction and sends a message
to the public by showing how Tacomaprobono’s Housing Justice Project and
similar programs in other Washington counties can help protect tenants and keep
people housed.

True Story. This song hits stores and streams on November 11th 2020. We were holding on to it until the time was right, That time has come!!
We wrote and recorded this during our stay in Las Vegas after we lost Mr Mav's Dad. Inspired to tell a true story from events years ago.The bridge just came to me one evening.. says Baby Girl Oksana "Messed up when you let me go. Ya messed up. Ya messed Up." Collaborating with Mr Mav, the rest just followed. We recorded this song in one evening. Then Mav transformed the song mix by mix to perfection so here's Messed Up. You know who you are.
