The Plot Thickens

Sometimes you nail an idea on the first try. But it's more often the case that you have to take multiple stabs at something to get it just right. Here are four rejected attempts at music for a car commercial I was recently asked to score. The goal was to create a dramatic, unique--and almost otherworldly sound.
