This one has been in the making for quite some time now.
It is with enormous pride that we present to you, "Reflection".

23 free tracks ranging from tribalesque half time, dark steppers and smooth rollers.
We tried to cover the entire deep end spectrum of our beloved drum & bass genre with a diverse selection of artists to ensure "Reflection" will hold something to everyone's liking.

2018 has been a rollercoaster year for us at Strictly Deep DNB and it has been a year of growth and knowledge that we will take with us into 2019 as we set to keep it rolling with some great forthcoming music, we want to thank you for all the support you have given us!

Liam Raison aka MORVLITY is one of the fresh new faces to emerge on the scene over lockdown.

His musical influence stemming from the likes of Metal and Rock music, he wasn’t really exposed to the sweet sounds of the drums until his early twenties. The dance scene has always been hidden inside having being brought up on 80’s and 90’s rave music including Acid House, Jungle and old school Hardcore/Breakbeat. 

He started raving in 2018 and almost immediately began feeling at home. He describes the feeling as defining, after witnessing Camo & Krooked’s extended set. This heavily influenced what would later become an obsession with DnB. Heavy baselines mixed with soulful vocals and synths really changed his perspective and outlook on the scene. 

Liam formed many friendships through meeting likeminded people at raves. He prides himself on supporting his musically talented peers.

He figured it was time to get himself behind the decks. With 9 months of solid practice behind him, he was swooped up for a live stream with Yamatai Records, impressing his viewers which later gained him a residency. With a host of other streams including Rig Monkey, he has grown both in confidence and musical attitude. 

Production wise, he’s taken a step back for now to focus on mixing. However, he’s had a collaboration release with Corrupted Mind on Noxious but has said he’s keen to get back behind the DAW later this year. 

The future holds great things for this talented artist. He wants to craft his sound, building his own unique sets whilst further working on his production.

A Drum and Bass enthusiasts and all-around Junglist, residing from St. Louis, and former member of Selekta D'nB [St. Louis] and active member of M.I.A. D'nB [Chicago], began dropping vinyl plates at house parties in the late nineties.    Over the several years, Bass Ninja has advanced to a digital format with a heavy emphasis on deep and driving bass lines playing such labels as Fokuz, Dispatch, Shogun, Skank and Bass Audio, Delta9 Records, & Overview Recordings to name a few. 

He has played many venues and warehouses across the country including Chicago, California, and Iowa.  With several festivals under his belt as Bass Ninja, included in his repertoire, he is a member of Psy-Optix.  A Psy Trance based duo from St. Louis with C3KO, also from St. Louis.  Their tribal heavy bass and melodies has pounded dance floors from Missouri to Florida primarily with Chilluminati and have played such evens as Cosmic Earth Open Air Reunion, Sacred Earth, and Geologic.   

With passion and purpose, you must keep the underground music and scene alive and always in your heart.
