Slime is proud to unveil it’s first sister label dedicated purely to drum & bass - Shadowhearts.

For our tenth release we welcome Melbourne-based DJ and producer Qontent to the label for debut EP, “Routines”.

The release sees Qontent collaborate with the Netherlands-based singer and songwriter Ninetysix across two outstanding liquid D&B cuts, both showcasing two emerging talents that are really starting to shine.

‘Routines’ drifts into view on relaxed atomospherics alongside Ninetysix’s glorious harmonies, before unfurling into a chilled roller that amplifies her beautiful vocals with subtle keys and glittering FX to maximum effect.

‘No Endings’ raises the tempo a touch with a delicate piano refrain providing the intro, whilst Ninetysix’s intimate vocal delivery gives the track a soulful depth that infuses the beat with a wonderfully jazzy flavour.

Fellow countryman Morph mutates the title track into a teched-out odyssey, stripping back the original beat to reveal deeper and darker sonic mysteries beneath.

Gravit-e - Mind The Gap (feat. Lovell) [Premiere]

It has been almost two years since Strictly Deep DNB released it's last various artists EP called 'Reflection' and since then has released a slew of tracks. While reflecting upon these past years, we felt that it was time for another go and are releasing the result of that today in the form of our second various artists EP called 'Perspective'! We are very happy to bring you this varied selection of tracks ranging from the melodic deep end of liquid to the realms of techy shoe throwers. We are very proud of this and hope you enjoy it as much as us!
