Around the end of the last Millennium, my roommate J.R. and I had a weekly block of time on Radio Free West Town, a pirate station run guerrilla style out of an office in the Coyote building in Wicker Park. My alias was DJ Master Control. I don't remember if this tape was played on the air, or recorded during a show or what, but the bumper for The Master Control Program leads off the 2nd side. It's a fun trip back to where my head was at in 1999, and ample demonstration that my tastes haven't really progressed much since then.
