How long have you been creating music?

LEV3L: I’ve been making music for about 6 years now! I started off trying to make Hardstyle and before I knew it, dubstep consumed my life haha 


What inspired you to write the track released with us?

LEV3L: This tune was inspired by Twin’s tune ‘My Crew’.  We loved the idea of having a trap influenced intro building into a nasty drop. 


What do you use to make your music?

LEV3L: I’m currently using Logic Pro X and mainly use Serum for my basses, soundscapes and everything really haha 


Where, and when, did you first discover Prime Audio?

LEV3L: Oh man, I first discovered Prime Audio when I heard ‘To The Beat’ by Point.Blank and Bloodfire wayyyy back! I first heard that tune in at a Circus Records show in LA and immediately began hunting the tune down. I finally stumbled upon it on the PA SoundCloud and have been a huge fan ever since!


What are your current challenges as a producer/DJ?

LEV3L: Current challenges are trying to create music that doesn’t sound too similar to my previous tune. I hear a lot of music from artists where it sounds like they’re making VIPs of one tune for over a year 
 

What are some things you are looking forward to this year? 

LEV3L: This will be my last label release this year so I’m super stoked it’s with Prime Audio. As for shows, let’s just say me and SweetTooth have a few surprises for you ;) 


Who would you say is your biggest inspiration?

LEV3L: There’s wayyy too many to list but some of my biggest inspirations right now are Funtcase, Al Ross, Yakz, Svdden Death, Mvrda, Mvrvels, man there’s so much more! 
 

What’s one thing on your list you want to do before you die?

LEV3L: Honestly, I’d like to start my own label at some point in life and help guide the next generation of producers in the right direction!
