Classic tune, I actually prefer the Original version, but this one is great too!!!  Someone needs to remake this tune with today's sounds.  Can't believe they haven't already.

First up, Romain FX returns to the cobbler’s kitchen with ‘Neon Train’, plating up some weapons-grade machine grooves, garnished with hypnotic vocals - guaranteed to whet your appetite. GREETINGS follows up this electrifying entree the introduction of the enigmatic ‘Flavio Zoom’, a cosmic search through robust and considered flavours. Newcomer Sam In Space makes a splash with mid-meal workout ‘Aerobic’, charismatic dark disco with an athletic flair. Things take a turn for the sampladelic with the strange and playful mutant funk of ‘Pre Club’ by Club Sausages, before an all-time classic gets an imaginative Italo rework with ‘The Rhythm’ by Black Feeling. Having previously had a long and deep history working in other genres, Solardo are unequivocally one of the most hotly tipped DJ/production duos currently refining their sound within the house and techno scene.

Their productions, which have found homes with esteemed imprints including Snatch, Roush, Resonance Records, Of Unsound Mind, and Kaluki Musik, have an unmistakeable high-energy sound, with this release proving no exception. The consistent quality of their output has already garnered staunch support from the likes of Jamie Jones, Richy Ahmed, Skream, Paco Osuna, Steve Lawler and Jackmaster to name just a few, and with supporters like these backing them it is no doubt that Solardo are a duo who will come into their own in 2016.

Released earlier this year on VIVa MUSiC as part of Detlef’s mix for the ‘VIVa Warriors Season 4’ compilation, Solardo’s track ‘It’s A New Jam’ received stalwart support from pretty much everyone in the scene in Ibiza over the Summer, an early indicator to us that these boys have a lot more to offer. It is with great pleasure then that we now welcome Solardo back to VIVa MUSiC, this time with a full five-track EP to bolster the rekordboxes of DJs worldwide.

@KasperBjorke is one of the most acclaimed and versatile producers and DJs hailing from Denmark. Kasper has released five renowned solo albums over the past decade and remixed a wide range of artists, from Rebolledo to Weval.

French artist Marc Nguyen Tan released two renowned albums in the early 2003 and 2006 under the artist name @Colder_music on Trevor Jackson’s seminal label Output Recordings. In November 2015, Colder returned after a decade in hiatus with his third, highly acclaimed album Many Colours followed by two other LPs titled The Rain and Goodbye in 2016.

The two artists first started working together when Kasper remixed Colders single ”Your Kind” - and Colder in return remixed Bjørke´s track ”Marbled Blood”. The idea to take their collaboration even further was formed when the two of them met in person during Sonar Festival in Barcelona in 2015. In 2016 they then teamed up in the RedBull Studio in Paris for a three day improvised recording session.

The result is the Black Magic EP in stores on September 15th via @ThroneofBlood. A collection of five raw, driving post punk / new wave and techno influenced compositions, recorded via the studio SSL desk in Paris, using hardware synths and drum machines played through some exotic vintage effects. Colder recorded his mesmerizing vocals on the spot along with French drummer Julien Sabourin and saxophone player Thibaut Javoy.

The EP will be followed by a stellar remix package from The Golden Filter (Optimo Music), Mutado Pintado (Paranoid London) and French producer and dj Pilooski.

"With a chuggy proto-house bassline the pushes heavily from the off, 'Beat Girl' is sprinkled with some Lil' Louis inspired sex samples. An exceptionally executed monologue in French from the tracks femme fatale then leads us into a rock-fused guitar break that's overlaid with her orgasmic moans. Pushing Movies is the collaborative project of Jeffrey Sfire and Dimitri SoEmotional. 
Half of Studio Luce, Dimitri gave light to Defender X along with Franz Scala from Slow Motion. You might remember of Jeffrey Sfire, the man behind the homonymous legendary hit from 2014. 
Thinking About You is a nostalgic piece of Italo-inspired synth-pop music. A driving groove, involving guitar bass chords, tingled with reverse effects, supports the bright and sexy synth lines. You are suddenly projected to the Italian Riviera sometime in 1980s; pulsating colorful disco lights are cheering up the dance floor on fire, Sabrina Salerno’s drinking champagne by the pool while Toni Esposito’s staring at the full moon wearing a flowered linen shirt. 
Lauer and Fort Romeau are on remix duty for the B-side of this 12”. If Fort Romeau’s interpretation will take you to ultra-space realms, Lauer seems to soundtrack a flashy bumper cars drive.

From time to time, a new name will appear on the scene with a unique, standout sound that commands people at all levels of the industry to sit up and take notice. Following two sold-out EPs on his vinyl-only imprint, Semi Delicious, UK producer Demi Riquísimo is one such example and on the 9th August he’ll be teaching another lesson on how to ignite the dancefloor with his third release of the year: 54 Reasons EP.

Nice one. So I thought some of you might like to find it it here...
PS: The vocal is sampled from "Adonis - Acid Pokin'" and I have no idea what it says!
